About Joel

Joel Van Brunt spent eight years as a Marine Corps cobra pilot. Originally from Rochester, NY, Joel met Justin in college in Evanston, IL.

While Justin was busy hugging trees and advocating for medicinal marijuana, Joel was serving two tours in Iraq and one year in Okinawa, Japan. An avid musician, Joel writes and records music, and recently learned how to play accordion!!

Joel represents the rational conservative side of the Skull Sessions…
